Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Property Access: Property owners are responsible for ensuring that walkways, driveways, and entryways are clear of hazards such as ice, snow, or debris to allow safe access for Cakes By Design delivery.
- Safety Requirements: Cakes By Design may refuse delivery if they determine the path is not safe.
- Responsibility & Liability: Once the cake is delivered and accepted, liability for damage or improper storage passes to the customer.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery cannot be fulfilled due to no one being home or incorrect information, the CBD is not liable, and refunds may not be provided.
- Changes & Cancellations: Orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled within 2 days of the delivery date, depending on complexity. Please contact Cakes By Design as soon as possible if you need to make alternate arrangements.
- Complaints: Any issues with the delivery must be reported immediately upon delivery or within 6 hours to be eligible for review.
